NADTC — promotes accessible community transportation for older adults. Built for older adults who've stopped driving or can't safely manage it, and family caregivers coordinating doctor visits. Medicaid covers non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) in most states — call the state's NEMT line before paying for a private ride. Dialysis NEMT is one of the most-used Medicaid transportation benefits, with rides three times a week for years at a time. Free service; donations support but never gate access.
